MEMBERSHIP FEES
Annual LCCN Membership Dues* | |
For-Profit Organizations | $50 |
Non-Profit Organizations | $25 |
Individual Professional | $25 |
Caring Friend (family members, neighbors, and friends who understand and value the contributions of family caregivers) | $10 |
Membership fees are due January 31 and valid through December 31 of each year.
MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA
- Understands and values the contributions of family caregivers in Lake County
- Supports the Lake County CaregiverNet’s mission and values as outlined in the organization’s bylaws
- If applicable, maintains good standing status with the State of Illinois; license numbers provided if required by Illinois state law.
- Pays relevant dues
